Tales of a (Recovering) Disordered Eater

Today we head south to Oaxaca, Mexico to go to my husband’s best friend’s wedding.

We’re really looking forward to it, and I hope to keep my emotions in check. It’s going to be a great time, and I will focus on fun; letting go of my fears and anxieties that I’ve been feeling lately will be helpful.

Along those lines, I was originally going to bring Beating Ana to read and review (I still need to do both, and our winner’s book is on its way!), but I think I’d like to save that for non-vacation reading. Flighty, chick-lit sounds far more appealing than a serious, thought-provoking book at the moment.

I’ll be back to blogging on Tuesday most likely, since we get back so late Sunday.
